AGE Limit

You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.

Commissions

You agree to receive any earned commissions through PayPal Only. Add your PayPal email address immediately by clicking on Edit My Details. Commission is paid to you only when that commission has been generated as a result of your referrals purchases or upgrades. Commissions are only paid if you have referred members to this site and they have paid for upgrades or purchased guaranteed signups from the BUY AFFILIATES page! Commissions will not be paid for upgrades your personal referral have received by trading their points! Commissions are ALSO payable to you if your referrals purchase the one time offer. Commissions will be paid upon request and by PayPal only at this stage. There is NO minimum amount for you to reach before making such a request.

Number of Accounts

You agree to only create 1 account.

EMAILS

By joining SFITeamCoop You agree to receive up to seven (7) emails every 24HRS from admin@sfiteamcoop.com. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from admin@sfiteamcoop.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get upgraded members' emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, SFITeamCoop promotions including but not limited to Site Recommendations and Special Announcements from SFITeamCoop members or anything that SFITeamCoop needs to be relayed to all members. You also agree to receive up to 2 emails every 7 days from your sponsor from the referral mailer. Your sponsor will not know your email address.

SFITeamCoop will send 2 emails at most per day.  Most will be Offers, Updates or Announcements, you will be rewarded with points when you read them. 

Sending Referrals Emails

  • You agree that any email you send that displays and/or connects with malware, porn, gambling, warez, or other inappropriate sites will be DELETED and that your account will be deleted without refund.
  • You agree that no email you send will promote any form of illegal activity. You agree that all emails sent will be fully compliant with federal and state laws.
  • You agree to no racist or hateful emails.
  • NO SPAMMING SFITeamCoop maintains a ZERO tolerance policy towards the sending of SPAM, including, but not limited to, unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE). This action is grounds for immediate termination from the SFITeamCoop and possible forfeiture of any pending commissions. NO CROSS-SOLICITING Soliciting SFITeamCoop members for other business opportunities is strictly prohibited. SFITeamCoop takes no issue with you being involved with other business opportunities besides SFI. You may not, however, use any SFITeamCoop communication program or tool to promote these other business opportunities or for-profit endeavors to other SFITeamCoop members. This would include, but is not limited to, Team Leader contact all member emails and the referral email feature of the SFITeamCoop. Violation of this policy will result in termination and loss of all SFITeamCoop benefits and future commissions. You will at the discretion of the admin of SFITeamCoop be allowed to promote to other members internet marketing tools which may be used to enhance the member's SFI business.
  • You agree to only use URLs that do not break frames.
  • You agree not to include profanity in your email posts.
  • You agree that any form of misleading readers will not be tolerated.

    • No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed. G-Mail ONLY!

    If your email address bounces or sends back SFITeamCoop a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. Once your account is deleted you will have to contact David Smith to upgrade you back to Executive Affiliate or Team Leader if you were an upgraded member. You will be required to show proof of your upgrade by supplying your PayPal transaction ID#. All referrals, points and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted. 

    Liability
    SFITeamCoop is a complete downline building system for SFI affiliates used to help members build their own downline and to help them help their downline to do the same. It has been created to help all SFI affiliates learn how to effectively use internet marketing tools and methods to build their respective SFI businesses efficiently. SFITeamCoop does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from SFITeamCoop.

    It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your PayPal account is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. Should your account at PayPal be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. SFITeamCoop will not be held liable.

    Policies
    All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of SFITeamCoop.  We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold SFITeamCoop liable for any items or policies within this program.

    Refunds
    Once you pay for your lifetime membership there will be no refund, as the lifetime of your membership is determined by how long you remain a member at SFITeamCoop. Once you decide to terminate your account then any monies you have paid will be forfeited. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for payment. By joining and paying for any paid portion of SFITeamCoop, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

    SPAM
    SFITeamCoop has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines.  If you are to include SFITeamCoop's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers.  Safelists are also allowed as well as downline mailing programs such as Right Now Traffic and Send Out Ads.

    The following are grounds for termination of your account:

    To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.   If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for SFITeamCoop in emails.
    To falsify user information provided to SFITeamCoop or to other users of the service in connection with SFITeamCoop, or any of it's other sites.
    To use the SFITeamCoop name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists.
     

    SFITeamCoop considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by SFITeamCoop terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

    In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

    Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit SFITeamCoop actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

    SFITeamCoop reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

    In addition, SFITeamCoop reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

    We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

    SFITeamCoop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time. We also reserve the right to make changes to the site's appearance and the way it functions. These changes may affect the advancement and benefits of members.

    By becoming a Free member or an upgraded member of SFITeamCoop, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
